About Rue Kindred
Rue Kindred is a proud fifth-generation Floridian whose deep family roots and lifelong connection to the Sunshine State shape both his personal values and professional approach. An avid golfer and outdoorsman, Rue brings patience, precision, and a strong sense of discipline to every client relationship and legal matter he handles.
Rue graduated Cum Laude from the University of Florida in 2020 before earning his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 2025. Driven by a passion for learning more about wealth preservation and tax strategies, he returned to the University of Florida Levin College of Law to obtain his Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation in 2026.
Rue specializes in estate planning and advanced tax planning. His LL.M. in Taxation allows him to provide clients with a holistic approach to planning. Whether helping clients with basic estate planning needs or complex estate and gift tax strategies, Rue enjoys helping clients protect their loved ones from unnecessary delays, taxes and conflicts. Rue strives to help clients achieve their unique legacy planning goals efficiently and effectively while making the process as enjoyable as possible for all involved in the process.
